ANACI, National Association of Condominium and Real Estate Administrators, is the abbreviation in which the heritage of history and experience of thirty years of association of Italian property managers is contained.
Born in January 1995, from the union of ANAI (National Association of Real Estate Administrators, established in 1970)
With the AIACI (Italian Association of Condominium and Property Administrators, established in 1974).
Today it is present in all the Italian provinces, where in addition to carrying out training activities for its members, it organizes start-up and qualification courses, aimed at those, mostly young people, who want to get to know the real estate administrator's business more closely.
The association aware of the importance that the figure of the Condominium Administrator assumes today is carrying out an intense activity of updating its members with courses, seminars and conferences, to provide associated administrators with continuous professional training, as today more and more the figure of the administrator is that of an experienced and qualified professional in various sectors related to the real estate and condominium world.
In fact, today the figure of the Administrator is more complex than in the past, so his preparation must include various sectors, from the home, to the condominium, to the city that surrounds us, to energy saving, with all the laws and new regulations, which regulate the context in which the condominium is located, also in consideration of the fact that, on the basis of a recent sentence of the Supreme Court, even companies can now manage condominiums, so the condominium administration market is increasingly wide and varied. In addition, the support of the main interlocutors within the condominiums who are the owners and tenants is becoming increasingly important for good business management. It is therefore necessary to develop a social culture of the condominium, and fight the conflict that often characterizes condominium life. The culture of living together must also mature thanks to the professionalism and skills of the Administrator, who is increasingly assuming the role of the educator towards his "own condominium" and therefore it is particularly important to acquire ever greater and wide-ranging competence. For this reason there will also be within his competences that of raising awareness among condominiums on all aspects relating to living and above all relating to safety, a topic of great importance today, ranging from plant safety to a new culture for '' removal of architectural barriers, to the problem of electromagnetic and acoustic pollution.
The administrator also becomes a privileged interlocutor for the various aspects of living in a condominium including the management for the effective energy containment in the buildings, as he is the subject who, through the preparatory (information) and executive (proposed shareholders' resolutions), indispensable for the achievement of the community objectives, represents the natural intermediary of this policy, avoiding responsibilities that may affect the marketability of the real estate units managed.
Thanks to the commitment of the association, the administrator associated with ANACI is now able to increase and update his preparation both through continuous training that the various offices organize throughout the national territory, and through telematic access to database of the association, where you can find answers in real time to the various needs that a constantly developing professional activity constantly requires.
All this with a view to constant improvement of the service provided to the customer; Furthermore, ANACI insures its members with a civil liability insurance policy and was also the creator of the UNI 10801 standard, the quality certification that the Italian real estate administrator can obtain today.
The communication and information within the association, between the central and peripheral offices and with the associates, takes place through the ANACI Intranet, managed by the National Study Center, which is responsible for the management of information, the study and the analysis of legal, fiscal and technical problems, the connection with the Local Study Centers, the regulation and teaching of preparatory, training and refresher courses.
